1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SyncStyle ("the Service"), operated by SyncStyle ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SyncStyle is an AI-powered visual style consistency platform that allows users to upload reference images, extract visual style attributes, and apply those styles to other images. The Service operates on a freemium subscription model.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers three tiers:

  • Free: 10 images/month, 2 style profiles
  • Creator ($12/month): 500 images/month, 20 style profiles
  • Business ($39/month): Unlimited images and style profiles

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to images you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Use the Service for automated scraping or bulk processing beyond your plan limits
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to generate deceptive or misleading content

7. AI Processing

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and process images. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated results may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from style analysis or transfer operations.

8. Data Storage and Security

Uploaded images are stored securely on our servers. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncStyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
